Renata’s journey in the luxury hospitality world, ignited by her hotel management degree, spans from 5-star hotels and cruise ships to orchestrating special events for the UAE’s royal fleet of superyachts.
Her extensive experience enriches Latitude Gulf, where she is deeply committed to sharing her knowledge and helping individuals and teams uncover their passion while refining their skills within private households, estates and yachts.
Laurens Hazelebach
Laurens’ global tenure in high-end resorts, cruise lines, and luxury superyachts has shaped his thriving hospitality career, allowing him to refine his expertise in skills, management, and leadership.
As a seasoned consultant, Laurens specialises in interior management and organising back-of-house setups for optimal operational efficiency in the hospitality sector. He uses his experience and design principles to improve functionality and flow in hospitality spaces, ensuring seamless experiences for guests and boost staff productivity.
With his project management skills, he oversees comprehensive solutions from concept to implementation. He particularly enjoys collaborating with yacht builders and fine-tuning projects alongside client representatives.
Laszlo Gal
Laszlo is a seasoned mixologist and hospitality expert whose story begins amidst Budapest’s vibrant restaurant and bar scene before flourishing into an award-winning career in Dublin, Ireland.
With a decade-long immersion in yachting and a rich 15-year history in hospitality, including roles as Chief Steward and PA/Butler for a prominent UHNW American Family, Laszlo brings a wealth of experience to the table. Laszlo is committed to shaping the future of the industry and is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of professionals and sharing his expertise.
